Description

Juicy marinated steak pairs beautifully with tender veggies, giving you a satisfying, well-balanced bite every time. Whether you’re hosting a weekend BBQ, enjoying a simple weeknight dinner, or meal-prepping for the week ahead, these skewers deliver on taste, texture, and ease.

Some things don’t need a full blown recipe — just the right ingredients and some garlic infused olive oil. Because sometimes, less really is more.

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak overnight in a plastic bag or bowl.
  2. Chop zucchini and squash and grab skewers. Thread meat and vegetables onto skewers.
  3. Grill skewers over medium heat making sure to cook all the way through.
  4. Serve right away.
    Top a salad with them or eat on their own. Great for leftovers the next day right out of the fridge.
