Trim chicken breasts and place into plastic bag or a bowl. Add the olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper making sure to fully cover the chicken. Marinade overnight or for a few hours.

In a medium bowl place cubed peaches, tomatoes, and corn. Top with olive oil and balsamic and stir together.

Cube the chicken and thread onto skewers. Grill over medium heat until cooked to your favorite temperature.Â

Set aside for 10-15 minutes and then serve with chutney on the side. Serve right away.
