Description

Anyone who knows me knows I really dislike peppers. However, I do like jalapeño peppers. (I know, I'm weird.) With fresh jalapenos, cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and bacon, this jalapeño popper dip recipe will be the hit of the party!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and set to the side.
  3. Stir together everything except one cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and pour into the baking dish.
  4. Spread evenly and top with the remainder of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until everything is melted and it starts to bubble.
  6. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
