Description

This mushroom, onion, and Gruyere quiche tastes great hot or cold for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon olive oil into a pie pan and place the pie crust in.
  3. In a pan on the stove cook over medium heat the rest of the olive oil, onion, and mushrooms.
  4. Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper until blended.
  5. Stir in cheese, onion, and mushroom mixture.
  6. Dump into pie pan.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the crust is golden brown.
