Instructions

  1. Place prepared tuna in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, celery, relish. Mix mayo mixture into tuna and toss well to coat.
  2. Toast English muffin or bread and scoop a generous portion of tuna onto each muffin.
  3. Top with a slice of American cheese on each half and crack freshly ground pepper on top.
  4. Place onto a sheet pan and place under broil just to melt the cheese. This will keep the tuna cold, but the cheese melted. Top with slices of red onion and serve immediately!
